Ingredients
1/2 cup cherries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen (or fresh)
1/4 cup spinach, frozen
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup of Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with almond milk and process until smooth.
Nutrition Information: 350 calories, 75 g Carbohydrates, 15 g Fiber, and 20 g protein.
