Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie

After a workout or competition it is time to re-fuel! This is a great way to get in protein and carbs in a fast and easy way!

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup cherries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen (or fresh)

  • 1/4 cup spinach, frozen

  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen

  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder

  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup of Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek yogurt 


Combine all ingredients in a blender with almond milk and process until smooth.

Nutrition Information: 350 calories, 75 g Carbohydrates, 15 g Fiber, and 20 g protein.
